FINANCIAL ADVISER GOES INTO HIDING AFTER GETTING VERBAL KICKING
A British wealth fund manager is facing a barrage of abuse in Singapore after displaying the family Porsche online and referring to the ‘poor people’ who had to use public transport.
In a Facebook post Anton Casey, who has now gone into hiding, showed his son sitting an MRT train with the caption: ‘Daddy, where is your car and who are all these poor people?’
And in a second post showing his son in his Porsche he writes: ‘AAAAAAAAAAh Reunited with my baby. Normal service can resume once I have washed the stench of the public transport off me.”
In other posts he calls a taxi driver a ‘retard’ for wearing arm warmers and mittens and he also says: “After 11 years residency I am still trying to understand these people.”
To cap it all after being called to give an apology on the net he went online in a selfie video stating: “Don’t be angry at me. Be angry with your mum and dad for raising you a wuss.”
Casey is married to a former Miss Singapore Miss Bernice Wong and works for Crossinvest. In a media statement 10 years ago she described Singaporean men as sheltered and childish.

After the barrage of abuse during which he was described as arrogant and asked to ‘F..k off out of the country!’ Casey has now had to issue a formal apology through the Public Relations Company, Fulford PR.
He stated: “I deeply regret having offended and disrespected the people of Singapore. I have the highest respect and regard for Singapore and the good people of Singapore; this is my home.”
